I don’t know why this got a 1 star review. Dr Ramirez took care of my grandma very well. He did so many exams that a lot of doctors oversaw. He has so much knowledge and you can see all of his diplomas in his office. He was very nice! One of our favorite doctors! This was our first time here, and he took his time and took care of my grandma who has dementia/Alzheimers.

Staff was absolutely horrendous. Melanie was the " secretary" who greeted us. Her attitude was completely disgraceful. The word "care" in health care does not apply at this office. Completely unprofessional. Waited 8 weeks for an appointment which was never given due to staff deciding to turn patients away. The health board is available for issues like this. Utterly disgusting how staff in a neurology clinic could be so unprofessional. Definitely a 0
