His staff is extremely helpful, courteous and cooperative. He only sees patients on Wednesday and they schedule to many people on the same day, consequently you have an appointment for 4 and you will see him at 8 or 9 PM People complaint that sometimes they have been waiting to see him until 2 or 3 : 00 AM (Yes I said AM) Small reception for so many people and very elderly people waiting and waiting to see the DR (and at those hours YOU CAN IMAGINE ! ) He seemed to be under a lot of stress (maybe he is doing to much in such ... read more
Very good doctor who actually takes the time to listen and explain everything. He even went over things my husbands surgeon should have. He’s also very concerned with patients and very personable. His staff is friendly and helpful too.
Best doctor ever saved my life...
I had the worst experience with the doctor. I couldn't afford antibiotics by IV because it costs $240 and he screamed at me several times saying you can't afford $200 in front of other patients and his staff he said I can spend that in one meal. Well no I'm not a doctor I'm not rich I never go out to eat and spend $200. He told me that I had to be an adult and figure it out and do what he asks or he can't help. He made me feel so bad. I'm going to report him. He's a terrible doctor and his staff is awful also
Worst Customer Service EVER!. Called Tuesday I was told to call back on Wednesday because they were closing at 1:30 and the replacement persona didn't come in ( Some what Understandable). Called Wednesday the person who answers says sorry I will have nurse call you back when she comes from lunch. Never got a call back. Called Thursday and I was told "Sorry I cant help you today call back tomorrow. I didn't call you Wednesday because I didn't have time".
