My name is Mykhael Gresko When i was at a room Dr Jose Marin took a long time to attend me and when he entered the room he walked in with a attitude I had told him a simple question and he made a face like he didn't like what I had said very bad service I have a learning disability its hard to make up words in my head to say to people sometimes it comes out wrong with out me knowing he should apologize to me because I have a disability

Fuí a sacar una cita con el Dr. Marín, el lugar estaba completamente solo, había dos personas en recepción, un hombre y una mujer, comiendo unas hamburguesas; el hombre sólo me veía de arriba a abajo sin hacer un sólo comentario, me acerqué y le dije que queria sacar una cita con el Dr. Marin y me responde "Viene a una cita o a sacar una cita" de una forma muy indiferente y le respondí que a sacar una cita y de una forma seca me dice "le puedo dar una para Junio" y yo extrañado le repetí "para Junio?" Very disappointing experience. I came in with persistent digestive symptoms and specific questions seeking guidance. No physical examination or basic explanation was provided; the visit was very brief and I was simply referred to a gastroenterologist without context. The lack of listening and communication made the appointment feel rushed and impersonal. I did not feel heard as a patient and will not be returning.
