I am new to the area and picked Dr Anzaldua based on his credentials. My experience with him has been slightly above average. However, the staff he has employed are one of the worst I have experienced in the service industry and that too in this critical area of health care. The phones are never picked up. One is put on hold for long period of time and then dropped. The calls are never returned. The promises to send prescriptions to the pharmacy are not fulfilled in first attempt. I used to see this guy when I was younger and I like him, but the office is difficult to deal with and I eventually got tired and went elsewhere. They are zero help with billing, as I asked them repeatedly to submit diagnosis codes so quest would cover some of my 700 blood work bill and they kept saying they did but they really never did per quest or my insurance carrier. I’ve had an appointment cancelled on me the day of in the past, and Ive had to make a wellness appt months in advance. Fair enough I guess. I was just told... read more
