Let me start by saying this company poured a patio around my pool and left a spot for a waterfall and we never requested this. The pool company apologized and put in a small waterfall to compensate for this. We then contacted Santos Construction to pour a patio and got the run around for 3 months. They finally showed up after 3 missed appointments. They said they would give us a quote on the job the next day and never did. Josantos designed and constructed a 1200sq ft patio and over 90 ft of retaining wall for our pool. Joe is a very trustworthy guy who not only stands by his word but matches it with his crewof workers. I have never seen a more hard working and meticulous crew of guys from tearing out the old stuff to setting every blick perfect. I am extremely satisfied with Josantos work and recommend them to all.
Cracks appeared after 6 months. Not completed

We had our entire concrete pool deck reconstructed by JoSantos. The job came out better than expected. All work was completed as promised. Due to the size of the project I was a nervous wreck with hiring the right contractor - so glad I chose JoSantos.
Paul and his crew did steps and a patio around around our pool town pool. Excellent work. Zero complaints.
