Josa Constructions P/L requested a quote from our company on 16/08/16 for dilapidation surveys. On 09/09/16 Josa Constructions P/L placed order requesting for our company to proceed with inspections. Payment of our invoice ($7150.00) was due to be paid in full no later than 21st October 2016. It is 13th March 2017 and we still have not received any payment. George Apokis is the business owner. We will be proceeding for this to be heard in NSW court system. I would recommend not doing any business with Josa Constructions P/L
