I’ve worked with Jos-Will multiple times over the past five years. The quality of their work is good, and I can’t fault their craftsmanship. However, their communication and customer service leave a lot to be desired. One ongoing issue I’ve experienced is with their office hours. Several times now, I’ve checked their hours on Google, driven across town expecting them to be open, only to find the office completely closed with the lights off—on a regular weekday, not a holiday.
