We had our kitchen done by Jos Will Millwork and we are so happy with the end product. The quality of their work is outstanding. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen. The team was knowledgeable, easy to work with and made the whole process enjoyable. They were on time and reliable throughout the process. Highly recommend!
I’ve worked with Jos-Will multiple times over the past five years. The quality of their work is good, and I can’t fault their craftsmanship. However, their communication and customer service leave a lot to be desired. One ongoing issue I’ve experienced is with their office hours. Several times now, I’ve checked their hours on Google, driven across town expecting them to be open, only to find the office completely closed with the lights off—on a regular weekday, not a holiday. Where can I start! The best experience I ever had as Kristin and everyone that were involved in creating and building my closet made it more than what I hoped for. They designed to my ideal vision as well as going above and beyond to find my favorite sturdy rods where I could probably hang an elephant! No pun intended .
