Jo is amazing...sweetest person you will ever meet. Her crew is very accommodating and flexible.
I have used Jo's Organizing and Cleaning a number of times to clean out homes, donate and organizing packing jobs as well as unpack. Her team is on time, considerate, patient and thorough. I would highly recommend Jo and her team when you want to de-clutter, prep for an upcoming move or settle in after. BUYER BEWARE!!! Jo sent a crew to my home that showed up with a shop vac - unusual for a cleaning crew. They vacuumed up my jewelry! She was very condescending and rude on the phone when I called to inquire about the fact that my late mother's wedding ring was missing. I filed a police report, and Detective Pace from Rochester Hills found the ring along with other jewelry we hadn't even noticed was missing - everything was found in the vacuum.
