I’ve been a loyal customer since the Blue Ribbon days and have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years. The new company, Jos A Majka, acquired Blue Ribbon and with that, inherited the trust and expectations of long-time customers. Unbelievable service with these guys. Best in the industry. I’m the third generation to have the pleasure of working with their teams on both my heating and AC units. They have bailed us out on the coldest and hottest days of the year without hesitation. They also have a great combination traditional and new ways of working with older units which tend to be our homes previous down fall.
