They closed the store without letting people know. We ordered 7 custom suits for my daughters wedding and they will not allow the groom to have his for his own wedding. They were supposed to pick it up the day they decided to close. Now the groom has no suit for his own wedding. We were told we couldn’t get a refund once they reopen because they were all custom. Well hopefully my lawyer will have fun with them over this. He likes to put jerks in their place.
RecommendedI can’t recommend this Jos. A. Bank location enough! I have been using them for years and always leave satisfied. What’s unique about this location is the staff - very friendly and helpful. The core of the staff has been there for years. Tara & Jacob have helped me time and time again over the years and I’ve seen them maintain a positive, friendly attitude in the midst of very busy moments. I drive 45 minutes to get to this location and never regret it.

Went to Joseph A. Bank for the first time today and it was amazing. Not only did I see an old high school friend from 10 years ago, but everyone there treated me amazing. The interaction and attitude between the employees was unlike something I had seen before in any other business. They weren't only coworkers, they were family. 6 stars out of 5.
