I ordered a suit for my dad recently. It was at a warehouse and only needed to be shipped to the store, so the associate said it would take a week.I called two times and the first time was to add a vest to the order. The associate made it seem like it was a hassle to check in the back. The second call was to check on the order status of the suit (by this time it had been 2 weeks) and the associate rushed the phone call saying, "we'll call you when it arrives".
