Update: after my reiew I RECEIVED REFUND. Go ahead and buy online. Maybe I was inpatient. Poor return policy. 10 to 14 day refund. Still dont have my money back. This is by far the best JOS A Banks store I have been to. Raza, John, and the crew always outfit me well, and help me pick out complimentary colors, and a variety of pants and shirts. Traveler Pants and shirts can take a beating and look snappy week in and week out. I can return things with tags no problem and the customer service is impeccable. I refresh every 12-18 months.
