Ordered shoes for a wedding. It said they would come in 6 days. Great! I get an email 2 days later saying the shoes have shipped. Great! 74 hours later, I contact the company and it turns out that nothing has yet shipped and the shoes are still at the store. It will be 3-5 business days once they ship. Still no clarity on when they will come. Minimum of 9 days from when ordered. They will not be here for the wedding. Why tell me that they have shipped if they have not? Purchased 4 shirts, 16/34. like I have done in the past. These shirts were made in another country and were sized completely different than the previous shirts. Arms too long, material felt different. My biggest concern was the length of the arms so I ordered 16/33. those fit worse, just were not right. I decided to keep the longer sleeve shirts and put buttons on, that I purchased from Joannes. I decided to use Jos A Banks as the company for my groomsman to rent their suits for my wedding. All 8 of my groomsman went into the physical store for their fittings and measurements as told to do so. I was first told that they could all pick up their suits on June 30th (my wedding was July 3rd) but two of my groomsman were told by the location they went to that their suits would not be ready until July 1st. If I could give no stars I would. Jos A Bank is absolutely ridiculous. I was a groomsmen in a wedding, and in order to receive the items assigned to you, you just have to give them you group ID number. Well I will spare you all the long story, but long story short, they gave me a blue suit instead of a grey one, sent me a sweater instead of a BELT, and gave me snicker brown shoes instead of caramel brown. We visited Jos A Bank at the Mall at Green Hills back in February of this year. They were not skilled at balancing multiple customers at once. What could have been a 20 minute chat turned into an hour long process as they jumped between customers. After we picked out my fiancé’s suit, they gave us a group number. I watched the worker put our information into a folder that was then tossed under the counter. We went home and tried multiple days in a row to look up our group number with no luck. I’m in a wedding where the groom rented his tuxedos from Jos a Bank. After calling in my measurements and paying for my tux over a month ago, the groom found out a week before the wedding that they “lost” several tuxedo measurements, mine was one of the ones they lost. I went and got re measured. After a month of back and forth, it turned out that they didn’t even make a tuxedo small enough to fit me. I returned nine shirts to their corporate return center and have only received credit for five shirts. Have been getting the runaround for months.

Run, run away! Do not waste your time, money, or patience trying to deal with JosABank. Every store is seemingly staffed by incompetents. The quality has gone into the septic tank. The customer service is non-existent. Find a decent company to do business with. These guys lie to you repeatedly and try to steal at every chance.

January has arrived along with JosaBank clearance; ordered in SEPARATE ORDERS items that they showed in stock, and filling process started. Out of 20 items ordered, EACH and EVERY order was canceled for "out of stock'. So order all you want, and just know that you will probably rarely get a fill on the order of clearance goods post xmas/new years. Their inventory/computer system needs to be improved. It is not right for customer to spend time shopping to end up with NOTHING filled.
