We had the absolute best experience at this store. Allen, who I believe is the store manager, took care of us from the moment we walked in. We were totally clueless on what my fiancé should wear and he dressed him from head to toe, and we love every single piece. Honestly not sure how we would have pull his outfit together without his help. Thanks so much for making the grooms outfit easy & stress free for us.

Dear j a banks. I received my online order today, with the security tag in place. Now I must go to a store to have it removed, despite having paid for shipping. This is not what serious e commerce companies do. Mistakes happen, but you must take user experience if you wish to compete.
They sell Angora which means they believe in cruelty to animals! To make these angora sweaters, the producers rip the fur off these rabbits while they're awake, feet tied and held down by their neck while they scream in pain! This happens to them every 3 months when their fur grows back! I've seen it done on video. Sickening! Don't shop the places that condone this for a buck! Look it up! Boycott! Shame on u Joseph A Banks!
Worst experience ever. Ordered wrong tuxedo jacket for the groom. 9 tuxedos were being rented and everyone was charged a different price. One of the tuxes got sent to Indianapolis Indiana and they said it was nothing they can do about it. We are getting married in Cancun and one of our groomsmen doesn't have his tux and JoS says oh well. Worst customer service. Worst experience. Stressed because of incompetence. I hope everyone sees this post and business really suffers. I am extremely disappointed! Unsatisfied customer!
