Extremely rude staff. They made us feel like we were bothering them just by being in the store. Then when my husband wanted to try on a couple of shirts they said he couldn’t because “they aren’t allowed to unfold them.” My husband has never worn their clothes before, how can they expect him to pay $60+ for a shirt without trying it on? I walked into this store and the male that was there looked at me like I didn't mean anything. He acted like I didn't care and his demeanor was terrible. I walked in to buy a suit and he acted like I was scum because I was dressed like a normal person. I ended up not buying a suit because they did have my size but I would have if they could have been able to get one by the time I needed. But the way that I was address wasn't right and I will never shop at this store again.
So, this just happened. Walt went into Joseph A. Banks to ask if they could help him find replacement buttons for a blazer he'd bought there. The young man retorted, "Does this look like Hancock Fabrics?" Walt walked out---- I hope they took a picture because they'll NEVER see him again.
