Excellent environment, service, and food & drinks
We enjoyed a delightful brunch on the restaurant’s sunny terrace. The cast iron pancake, topped with blueberries and goat cheese ricotta, was absolutely out of this world - fluffy, light, and bursting with flavor.
Amazing time sitting at the kitchen counter watching these amazing chefs serve delicious food over several courses. The locally sourced 4 course tasting menu on our first night staying at the resort was so delicious that we revisited Jory the next night to experience the chef’s tasting. Wow! 🤩 We’ve had both the Wagyu beef and the Japanese A5. The seafood was equally excellent. Between courses enjoy a unique amuse-bouche. The wine selection is superb.
