Amazing experience, great host, clean and comfortable facilities. A must do!
Lovely hot sauna with optional essential oils was fantastic - 3 cold plunge options, each one exhilarating in their own way lol. The owner was super kind and helpful in teaching us to breathe through the plunge :) Mom and I did this on Thanksgiving weekend. Awesome 👏🏼
What an amazing experience, Drew was such a great host. You have 1hr45min to relax in the sauna then over to the cold plunge tanks, they had three different temps including a hero’s temp of 2*c, we then relaxed by the fire with some hot tea. We will definitely be returning to this cool spot. Thanks for the great experience Drew. We highly recommend this adventure!!
