Jorndt Fahey did an outstanding job for us on our home remodel. Very professional, great attention to detail, fair pricing and outstanding customer service! BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH WITH THE CONTRACT. I’ve learned by an attorney that we are not the first they have done this to. Shady and unethical.
FIVE YEARS AFTER I left this review and JF answers it….only to say it never happened….Indeed, JF did not work for me..they “worked” for my deceased Father. Don’t worry JF, my oldest sister has determined that it’s a tear-down so you can sleep soundly knowing the evidence will soon be a pile of rubble. Builder was not organized and doesn't stand behind their work. Not only was our build months and months behind schedule, mistakes made (garage ceiling height was not correct, our fireplace was supposed to be brick and was not framed correctly to hold the weight, doors not framed correctly etc.) we ended up with tens of thousands in overages without ONE change order which we were forced to pay.
