They are always polite and respectful to me. After all I am the one with a problem,
They actually responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. Very understanding and easy to work with. Much better experience than what I’m seeing from other reviewers.
I called them and they were kind, and I asked if I was all paid in full, which I was, but I also think I over paid, and they didn't mention that at all, they just said that I was paid in full and would get a letter in the mail soon.. Edit: I emailed them to see if I over paid what I owed, they haven't replied since.
The rudest and most unprofessional people I ever encountered! They will not even give me a break down to why I supposedly owe this money. Then they tell you that you can file for a hardship only to tell you the lawyer denied it and didn’t see why I would qualify for a hardship. Same day I spoke with them was the same day they submitted the paperwork for garnishment and mind you my court date is 2 months away. The way they handle things should be illegal !
