I've had a fantastic experience with this company! The doctors are truly compassionate and take the time to understand my needs. But what really sets them apart is Alfie at reception - he's absolutely amazing! Alfie is always friendly, and welcoming. He remembers my name and my situation each time i call. He's incredibly organized and efficient, and was there to help me when there was a small issue with my script getting lost in the post. Been a patient with Jorja Emerson for 2 yrs now and bar the rocky period about 12 months ago where they bit off more than they could chew they have been great! Always quick to respond and resolve any issues. Staff always courteous. Doctors always polite and supportive of any requests I have made. One suggestion is why don't you have a portal for requesting medication etc. Great stuff all, keep it going!
You get very reasonable and compassionate doctors. The computer system is at times unreliable with some sound issues. The clinic is happy to send your prescriptions to whichever pharmacy you would like them to. Turn around times are usually within 5 days for repeats and less for consultations.
I haven't had many problems with Jorja Emerson. I've been with them for over a year. At first there was a slight delay with one of my prescriptions but I just called up and they sorted it out. I've had some problems on my end recently but I messaged Rohan and she sorted everything out. I truly feel that they are a good clinic and I like the thought of supporting them as Jorja Emerson was the first to be prescribed medical cannabis in the u.k, so they literally paved the way for people like me.
I've heard from some people that they have issues with JEC, but my personal experiences have been really great. The doctors have all been caring and seem to genuinely want the best for me. Roha has helped me on multiple occasions to get appointments booked in, prescriptions sorted, and even performing my follow-ups. After having negative experiences with other clinics, I'd personally recommend JEC. Five stars.
