Avoid at all costs! Extremely unprofessional and a total waste of time. I visited their office in person on Tuesday, arriving at 2:30 PM, only to be left waiting for nearly 45 minutes because the staff were on their lunch break. After providing every single detail and document required for a small sample shipment, I was told their team was working on the quote. I would recommend JORI because the overall experience has been great. They are a small team, but they have a lot of snap, they are personable and they get the job done. I enjoy working with them!

I can count on JORI Logistics to do their part, so it makes my life easy. They move our product in a timely manner and I don't have to babysit the paperwork or logistics. JORI is a "one stop shop for logistics". We operate on a 24 x 7 basis - one call or one email and I can move on to the next task. They make things easy.
