This shop is terrible! They kept my husband's truck for over 2 weeks before even telling us the issue and just slapped a price on it without an explanation. When I requested an itemized receipt, they argued and fussed about it; I had to show up in person to receive any respect. We came to the agreement that my husband and I would provide the part ourselves. TL;DR: Great finished product, good price, fair communication, poor turnaround time. I needed an engine repair. They told me the engine was not salvageable and recommended a new one. The new engine arrived, they installed it, but it turned out to be a "bad" engine and required negotiations with the engine supplier to get a completely different one. Amazing experience!! As a student I couldn’t really afford to get my brakes pads and rotors replaced for 300-400. Called this place up reached there in 10 mins with my own parts and fixed up in 20 mins. Truly recommend.
Bunch of really nice guys here, family place, but unfortunately they charged me $280 (under the table) for a wheel bearing they did not replace. Noise persisted, took it to a different shop, the different shop reports that nothing under the car looks like it has been touched at all. If you go, just make sure that your problem is resolved and the work you're paying for is done!
Once I found the garage everything else went smoothly. I thought I had a bad bearing so they tested and replaced it in under 24 hours, as they said they would. The car is riding much more quietly now. The cost was IMMENSELY less than the usual mechanics I visit, which was a real life saver. Five stars for that and the quick work.
