he does not know how to estimate work and he cheated also threatened me as I was alone at home to break wall if I do not give him money he wanted. He agreed to work on hourly bases and as humanitarian I volunteered to give him and his dad lunch. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I needed work done in my back yard. I live in a townhouse with a 15×12 backyard. I needed old bricks removed. Then needed to put a gravel bottom so, no weeds followed by new bricks. I called Jorge and he came a day late. Also, I had to call him to make sure. I received an estimate on the spot. I liked the price and decided to go with him. I went to my association and started the process. He was supposed to give me a formal estimate to give to my association but, again delayed with that and I had ... read more
