Unreal service! I called at 8am with plumbing issues. They arrived and had the job done before 10:15am. So kind, too.
WOW fast and great service.
Furnance was out, when we called said the service man would call back. 6 days later and 15 c still waiting. Could have at least called to let us know they were busy and couldn't come.
Newly installed toilet. Seat broke where the screws were possibly overtightened, within weeks, as shown in picture. Called on multiple occasions to have it replaced as surely under warranty. Ignored. Went to the business personally- they’ll get back to me. 6 months later, here we are. Bought a new seat myself today. Unprofessional. Sorry.
