Chloé was exceptional, warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She gave us a wonderful tour of our lovely new flat and made the whole experience feel effortless. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
I’d give five stars to Gabriel, who was always supportive, responsive, and in constant contact via WhatsApp. However, the rest of the agency was slow to respond and unclear about further steps, so I hope they can improve their communication and proactiveness for future tenants.
Gabriel at Jorgensen Turner Shepard's bush did an excellent job finding me a suitable flat the aligned with my requirements. And equally importantly he did it in a very friendly and professional way throughout the process. I can highly recommend him if you need help finding your next home.
