Today's appointment at Dr. Jorgensen's office truly showcased their exceptional patient care. My son had an unexpected emotional meltdown when he realized he was getting braces, but Dr. Jorgensen and his assistant, Alliyah (I hope I'm spelling that right!) went above and beyond. They were incredibly patient, understanding and kind, talking him through every step and transforming a very stressful moment into a manageable one. I am so impressed and appreciative of their remarkable approach. Highly recommend!
We just started with them, but the level of professionalism and care have been excellent! They aren’t quick to slap braces on your kids. They give you all your options and are happy to explain what those each would look like.
After a year and a half of braces, I can confidently say the hospitality, kindness, and expertise of this practice is incredible! My teeth turned out amazing, I couldn't be happier.
Dr. J and Dr. B are great orthodontists. Their practice has served my family for many years now and they continue to show the same compassion, quality, and service as day one. Their staff are super friendly and we always have great visits. Our smiles are spot on and we are happy for the services they have given us and so happy they serve in our community. We highly recommend them for orthodontia and related needs.
Jorgensen's is amazing! They always take care of you, get you in if you have any problems and do wonderful work! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
