This is the worst customer service of any doctor with whom I’ve ever had contact. I am part of the Title Health System and My chart, their online system, allows you to make an appointment. My insurance also allows me to go directly to specialists. The first appointment I made was months out and I got a call from their office saying that I’m not allowed to make an appointment and that they canceled the one I had made.
