I had a disappointing experience with Jorge. Initially, he seemed professional and communicative, providing a preapproval letter for a buyer. However, it became clear he hadn’t verified the buyer’s qualifications or proof of funds, leading to wasted time and a frustrating experience. When challenges arose Jorge became unresponsive to all means of communication leaving us without support. Despite the positive reviews I read here, my experience highlighted significant shortcomings in communication, service and accountability.

Jorge is very polite, helpful, and easy to work with He is definitely a go-to loan officer when your clients needed one. As a realtor, I thought I could take pride in putting in extra hours by staying up late to work for my clients, but Jorge is also the type of relentless hard worker who does the same thing. Jorge made our loan process extremely easy. He was always wanting us to ask any questions to make sure we understood the process. He was very patient, polite, and had a funny personality as well. He made us feel comfortable and even helped us get an extremely low interest rate! He stayed up all night to answer questions. Thank you so much to Jorge.
