I was in and out. Put on two tires quickly.
Amazing service — they repaired my punctured tire in under 10 minutes for only $25, and the staff was kind, professional, and helpful throughout. What wasn’t amazing was watching the theatrics of an overly emotional man screaming, cussing, and threatening the service guys over a $35 tire job. The team handled it with calm professionalism and rose far above the nonsense.
Terrible customer service. I called asking for a quote and basic info and the man that answered was very short with me and rude. Like I was an inconvenience asking simple questions. Just kept asking if I wanted the tire or not. Nope! Sure don't. That's not the way to treat potential customers.
