I had my carpet cleaning done before the holiday, and the whole experience was excellent. Mateo was very accommodating when I needed to adjust my appointment several times because of unexpected schedule changes. Mateo did not personally come out for the carpet cleaning, but one of the crew members did, and he did a great job.
