Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
