In 2024, everything went smoothly: physical exam, lab work, and follow-up. In 2025, I asked for the lab orders so I could have my blood work done before my appointment, but they never sent them, neither by email nor by mail. In 2026, I requested them again, and now I’m being told I have to see the doctor first just to get the orders. The worst part is not even the lack of organization, but the way patients are treated.
