staff es amable, dr es muy paciente y de buen caracter.
Worse customer service I’ve ever seen in the medical industry. My mother gets seen by Chrystal Perez, great physician but the staff is rude and disrespectful. Every time my mother calls they think is me because she choose to not speak English in the office. She feels comfortable speaking in Spanish since is her home language. They never want to help, they don’t fax the referrals to TGH imaging. Very frustrating having my mother get seen in an office like this one.
