The office seems to reschedule my appointments every time, sometimes multiple times which is beyond frustrating. Had ongoing issues with my expensive night guard that I ordered through them, and rather than recasting it to get a better fit, the solution was to cut off the part that protects the rear teeth. Then when those teeth got chipped from using the cut night guard, my concern was brushed off and said it was "minimal damage." Dr Jorge Alvarez is a great dentist. My insurance doesn't cover him, but I refuse to switch because I trust him to take care of me. He saved my tooth after it cracked.
Very competent, courteous, and professional dental technicians and doctors, they genuinely care about their patients!
