The treatment received from his office staff is really disturbing.
This Dr Osorio is horrible arrogant person, he doesn't let the patient to speak. The patient is trying to tell their symptoms but he doesn't even see to their faces, look to other side. Another thing is the "doctor" doesn't talk much or give details to the patient, only give like 3 minutes consultation, wants to give the minimum attention and with it to give a diagnosis. Yeah! Not sure why they bother opening on Saturdays if the doctor is not even there most of the day! They open at 8, but when I called around 10:30 I was told the doctor was already gone and that "I should've called earlier"... Unfortunately I can't see into the future to know when I'm going to feel sick. I understand closing up a bit early if there are no patients but 2+ hours before closing is not "a little early". Very disappointing as this is a trusted doctor especially for non-english speaking patients.
