Rude receptionist-arrived 2-3 minutes before scheduled appt. & was told I should have been there 15 min early-she was about to cancel & reschedule-I had major surgery 2 weeks ago & have a badly sprained ankle came hobbling in on cane. Did not receive info or reminder about need to be there 15 min. Early-Plus waiting room completely empty-. Will never go back.
My husband was charged for a "Demo" on how to use an inhaler. The demo was the assistant telling him to use once a day. When I called because the description on the invoice was the medicine which would seem that they are charging for the free sample; they said it was a demo of how to use it. Either way, disappointed. No demo and the medicine is a free sample. I agree with the other reviews the front office manager is rude.
Horrible rude office staff.
He had no idea what was wrong with me. Blamed it on asthma which Ive never had in 73 years or he said it might be a heart valve but would treat for asthma first. I will never set foot in there again and im now with a heart surgeon who is not guessing but actually testing for the problem.
The rudist front office staff I've ever encountered in a medical practice. I will never return to that office.
