Dr. Espana wrote a very unprofessional Dr's note in my mother's chart. The note was completely wrong and full of misinformation and hearsay. I contacted Ms. Yesenia who is the manager of the clinic at the Fishkill clinic. The note was "amended". I am an RN for 35 years......This doctor is dangerous! in all my years of nursing I have never seen a dr's note written in such an unprofessional way; not even from a sub intern. Today my mother was seen by Dr. Espana and I see his note is grossly incorrect and full of misinformation... read more
I saw Dr. Espana only once and will absolutely never see him again. I went in for my physical, it was apparently the last appointment of the day. I felt rushed and the “medical conclusion” to all my concerns were that it’s because I’m a woman. When my labs came back and I had slightly elevated cholesterol, his only not was “change diet.” No other suggestions or recommendations. He also ordered an ekg and I never heard the results for it. What exactly did I pay for? Patient care nonexistent.
