I called six times in 48 hours to find out why medical records for my father weren't sent, as I was told they were, to the Advance Diabetic Supply company in California. (in order to send the testing equipment needed to test his sugars). I always got the answering machine which prompted my to leave the reason for calling, never a person! Still have NOT received any call backs, and in the mean time my 90 year old father is NOT testing his sugar. I suggest to ensure to find a doctor that has staff to answer and return calls.
