Dr Darcourt is AMAZING! He spent time with me! I cried and he hugged me like he genuinely cared! After in office blood work he called me while I was visiting my terminally ill baby brother! He said I cured you! Your platelet count is normal! I love you but I don’t want to see you again! He called me himself and not a staff member! I HIGHLY recommend him! I have been a patient of Dr. Darcourt since late 2010 when he was at Oncology Consultants. He saw me through my first bout with breast cancer in 2010 and released me in 2016. When my cancer returned in 2021 I sought him out again because there’s no one who knows my case better and I trust him fully. He’s confident in his plan of treatment, he’s answers all my questions, and he’s caring and compassionate.
One thing I like about Texas Oncology is the reception and waiting area is clam and friendly. Time with Dr Darcourt was brief. He did an exam and inquired as to how was feeling. He reviewed a recent test. Also calm and friendly.
