Ron answered my call on the very first ring and everything was smooth sailing. We were so impressed that they found us a same day appt. We had to wait over an hour but the doctor did spend atleast 25 minutes with us answering all our questions. We thought the office did a great job.

Dr Barrero is a fine doctor but the front office personnel are the most incompetent group of people I've ever had to deal with. Apparently sending a fax request for blood work is too difficult a task for this office. I missed several hours of work on two different days because they can't figure out the correct fax number for the lab location requested. You would think that requesting blood work is daily occurrence and that they would have a list of Fax Numbers for every Lab in Broward County, given the importance of the serv... read more
