Check-In was so easy then I think I spent 3 minutes in the waiting room before I was taken back to labs which went wonderfully. Then I was shown to a room then the PA came in. We did our service. She talked about things. We went over the chart. My health then proceeded to set up my other scans. I went to check out as soon as I sat down in the chair. They called me. It was effortless and flawless. They had compassion, efficiency and just a wonderful wonderful experience
From making my appointment and my visit with Dr Jorge Ayub MD to checking out everyone was fabulous I felt like I was there only patient they treat you like royalty. When I checked in and the nurse came to get me she was awesome she explained step by step what she was doing and asking questions about meds she was lovely. His assistant sorry don’t remember her name she was so sweet and explaining to me what my treatment plan. I couldn’t hear Dr he’s soft spoken so she explained everything to me. Updating as after I called on Monday they did get back to me quickly and set up what I needed and let me know today. Frustrating that I have had to drive this outcome while feeling like garbage but thankful for the forward progress. My very first visit to this dr or facility. The visit was rushed and lasted under five minutes (that’s generous), leaving me trying to frantically explain my symptoms only to be ignored.
