Waited 20–30 minutes with no one at the front desk. I could see their belongings, but no staff were present. Hospitals normally always have someone at the front desk to check people in. Other people waiting said they had been waiting a while as well. I’m giving a low rating because of the poor customer service. No one should have to wait this long just to be checked in when they’re trying to get care for a medical issue.
