I went to Jorge Alonso Services because they had such a high rating on google, and I’m glad google did not steer me wrong. It was a great experience from start to finish. I was to schedule the appointment online with ease. When I showed up they had everything they needed and were ready to go. But here for me is where they stand out. Second time my 18 year old Jeep Wrangler has had a near crushing defeat in it's life, and Jorge Alonso and friends brought it back to a healthy full life and at a cost that was unexpectedly pleasant to my bank account. I love the analysis that they doo and give to you so that you can see what your immediate needs are and what your needs of the future may be.
I've had almost every vehicle I've owned serviced here, and will continue to do so. The level of transparency, communication and honesty is something that's pretty hard to find nowadays. Even with a repair concern I had, he confirmed the was no cause for alarm and discouraged any unnecessary repairs. That's some good soup in my book.
