I was completely dismissed after waiting over a month since my referral to be seen. I brought logs of information with all pertinent information highlighted and he refused to even look at them. He cut me off every time I tried to explain my symptoms and absolutely refused to answer basic questions. He was insulting, beyond rude and unprofessional to both me and the poor people in the room beside me. I will immediately be finding a new cardiologist and letting my PCP know that she should not refer others to him either.
I can't believe all the bad reviews. I've been seeing Dr Hernandez for several years and have always been pleased. The Staff are all very friendly and I've never had to wait a long time. I had a Loop Recorder put in my chest. The 1st one had no problems. Just had the 2nd one put in a week ago and I'm pretty sure it's infected. My follow up is today and can't wait to be take care of me. I'm sure they will take care of me.
The worst, most arrogant cardiologist with the rudest staff. This man told my father his numbers were fine for his age when his blood pressure was 200/100+ on 01.27.26. On 02.08.26 my father suffered a brain stem stroke brought on by high blood pressure. This MD did not visit him in the hospital at all, refused to sign for my father to have PT in the home and when I spoke to the office they were not the least bit concerned. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
He is an Excellent Doctor And a caring dr I would recommend him to anyone that needs a heart doctor When I call for the dr or one of his staff and leave a message they are very quick getting back to me I Rate him 5
My surgeon in Houston needed some records from past visits/tests. They got them sent over in less than 24 hours. Much appreciated.
