Completely Negligent and Unprofessional Care If you value follow-up, accountability, or even basic communication, look elsewhere. This provider has sent over five referrals for me without following up on any of them. When I asked about updates, she admitted she hadn’t even reviewed my file and actually asked if I wanted her to go read it during my appointment. (Isn’t that literally her job?)
