Jordan helped me find the perfect condo in Toronto! The rental market is crazy right now but Jordan went above and beyond to call up listing agents and pitch me to them to make sure I had enough time to go see the units and make an offer before it got snatched up. I was able to find a spacious condo with a balcony in the area I wanted and I got my offer approved even though I put in an offer under the asking price. I honestly don't think I would have gotten my new place if it wasn't for his hard work!
Jordy is honestly the best realtor I’ve ever worked with! He’s very supportive and listens to what his clients want/needs. Goes above and beyond to make sure you find the right home for you, really happy with all the work he put in to help me find a place !
