My experience with Ms. KYM at Jordan Cole Jewelers: I sold merchandise to her in March 2025. She made a partial payment, and the remaining balance on the invoice is still unpaid. A few months later, she attempted to return the goods along with a check. I called her and explained that, as stated on the invoice, returns are not accepted after the allowed time period. Kim is very kind and helpful. Will take extra time to make sure you are happy with the item or items you are purchasing and after the purchase she’s just as friendly. Not pushy on sales. You always leave happy and when she sees you on the street she will remember you and say hi.
