After meeting with several surgeons, with little to no compassion, meeting with Dr Jorden was such a pleasure. He was empathetic and straightforward and after asking around I found that nurses that have worked with him thought he was the best. They admired his skill and his caring demeanor. I put my trust in him and am so happy that I did.
My experience with Dr. Jordon was great (not the part about going through colon surgery but) having this man as my doctor and overseer of my well being. On top of being a well respected surgeon in his field he is a caring and compassionate man. He answered all of our questions with much patience and treated my wife and I with much respect. If you need this type of surgery, get this man as your doctor.
Dr. Jorden is the BEST doctor I've ever had. I've been to a LOT of doctors. He's very attentive, answers all your questions and doesn't make you feel like you're just another annoying patient. I am always seen within 15 minutes of arriving. He has changed my life for the better. No words will ever be able to describe my gratitude. Thank you, for everything. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
Dr. Jorden is perhaps one of the best, if not the best, Cancer Colon surgeons in the Louisville area. He is not only committed to discussing, informing and following up with his patients he is also a compassionate doctor who explains and develops plans for his patients. I can only say he performed Colon surgery on me that had a very positive outcome, and moreover he has more than earned my trust.

Dr Jorden is probably the best in his field! That said his office, mainly his nurse (Jana) should NOT be working for him!! She I is nice enough but will NOT return complication calls to him after surgery. Dr Jorden did two surgeries on me (7-2016 and 12-2016), both surgeries had some recovery issues and with several phone calls ,as many as five, it took up to 5 days to get help. I live an hour away from University Hospital and it was no easy task to "just go to the emergency room" to get help.
I can't thank you enough for taking the best care of my wife Amy. We had to go 2 rounds at this point but your expertise and care are at the highest, along with your staff and nurses. I consider her very lucky to have you. May God be with you for many more of your miracles to perform. Thank you again Dr./Angel Jordan??
He is a great man and great doctor. I can't forget on 14th feb 2013, he gave me a new life. Thanks Doctor.
