I love this place! The people are nice, there's a peaceful community pool, and no problems occur.

We stopped at Jordanville Farm on our way to look at homes in Conway. We meet with Charlene who couldn't have been more gracious, friendly and helpful without being the last bit pushy. Long story short- we purchased a new home that day without even bothering to go to Conway. Thank you Charlene, it really was a pleasure working with you!!!!!
We were able to finally close on our home December 30, 2025 Thanks to Charlene Huggins. Charlene went above and beyond to help me and my husband chose our house. She walked us through several houses and helped us find one that was perfect with all our needs. It didn't matter if it was raining or last minute, Charlene showed up.
