Want to share a generator problem we had last week. Generator would start and immediately stop, checked fuel, oil level. Thought perhaps fuel filter, didn't have correct tools to do it myself. Talked to Jordan's RV service, which was next to the rv park we were staying at in Harrison, AR. They came and ran some tests. Turns out the battery connection to the starter battery was bad, seems the generator will not run if it detects a fault in connections. Not pleased with this company. We recently took our camper to them to have them look at an axle issue. After the camper sat on the lot for over a month and no contact, my husband went to speak to them. Axle issue was more than they originally quoted so we told them we would wait a while before fixing it. While the camper was on their lot, they winterized it without our knowledge or consent and charged us $75 to do so. This process would have cost us $10 to do on our own. We will not be back.
