Atrociously sloppy install of ducting for a Brivis central heating unit and now I discover the heating unit was not installed completely.

The technician that came to repair my Rinnai gas heater did a poor job and the repair lasted for about 2 days and then the heater stopped working again. It was my mistake not to call immediately to complain but I had personal things going on and this was the last problem on my list. I never received a message or email with the invoice and after a while I totally forgot about it. Their on site technician was great, but their office administration is awful. It took several phone calls and emails over the course of 3 months to finally get them to send a tax invoice after they'd charged me. They also took over a week to call me up and schedule an appointment for a simple inspection.

If you can avoid using the Canberra branch please do. We were forced to use them by Rinnai and ACTEWAgl for an insurance job. Rinnai sent them a work order to fix a warranty repair. Apparently the work order from Rinnai didn't specify that they could do the repair that was needed so rather than going back to Rinnai and asking for payment they invoiced the owner. As recommented by ACTEWAGL, I used the Canberra branch in April 2019 to service a two year old ducted gas heater. The technician was only here a couple of minutes and they charged nearly $290. Prepaid mind you and no invoice was received even when I requested one. I chose Climate Master this time around and they were fantastic, thourough and only charged $200.
